Why are we here?

-- Are we personally satisfied that India will achieve its long-term objectives if it continues down the existing path?

-- Is there a reason to change India's methods, strategies, policies?

Can we all see were India must go?

Can we all see the path to that goal?

Do we believe that we can reasonably expect to go together on the path?

-- Do the existing suppliers of governance have reason to change themselves to provide India with the required change, if any?

-- Do we need a new supplier of governance can existing supplier be strengthened?

-- Why do we involve ourselves in the supply of new governance?

-- What will the new or strengthened supplier of governance do differently from existing suppliers to ensure that India does achieve its long-term objectives?

-- What will be the characteristic hallmarks of this new or strengthened supplier?

-- What are the threats and barriers to entry for the creation of a new (or strengthened) supplier of governance?
