Kashmir is indeed closer to home [a part of it in fact] and definitely
in
need of help. But trying to build up Kashmir would not bring
international
approbation [as if this would!], nor would it let the govt. believe that
US
might be impressed[Ha!].

We are ruled by idiots! Who would have thought Plato could be right...
