I have created a chat room for IPI and it is a moderated room.  To join
us online follow this link: http://chat.msn.com

Then, follow these steps:

1. Sign up and select a nickname for yourself.
2. join a chat and type in the room name as "India Policy Institute".
3. Note: this chat room is private and is not listed publicly!

You should be in and if you find anyone there just enjoy the realtime
chat on Indian policy issues and you may even want to post your
discussions in this debate room in case someone else might be interested
in joining you online.
