I agree with all that Dr.Kalam said but he has not pointed
out the real reason for all those problems is "Education"

Why do the children of the elite, the employees of ISRO, DRDO,
study the ICSE and CBSE english syllabus where as the children
of the common man study the "State" syllabus, both types of
schools are funded by the Govt not from the "elite tax payers"
but from the tax the govt collects when common man buys the
daily requirements. If ICSE and CBSE schools are good for
the elite's why are they not good for children of people
who contribute the lions share of tax to run our nation/govt,
for funding our scientific research.

Why does our village schools use vernacular languages for
instruction when all higher education is in English. All
our scientific research is published in english, govt
administration needs english our trade and commerce
needs english our judicial system needs english, our
international trade need english. Today we cannot
consider english as a foreign language, it is very
much Indian if all Indian scientific research is
published in that language.

Every Indian citizen should be able to communicate with
each other. Only a education system in a common language
at school and college level can do it! Every developed
nation has the same language of instruction at the school
and college level!

It is time we started asking what the nation is doing,
for the people in our villages who pays tax every time
they buy daily provisions......
