Communication, or more generally Free Speech, has never been a major point in any
manifesto of any party of India at anytime in the past!!  What has been showing up
in the manifestos of all Governments are the broken promises to the public such as
elaborate food subsidies, gas prices, etc. - so much for banning misinformation
via FM News when the Government itself has been conveniently distorting the
facts.  I again ask you: Is India a model Democracy?
