Unfortunately to "appoint" the person who knows the job, the buck stops
at
the table of a politician who by can only be worse than the very layer
we
are trying to get rid off.
Would you like to saddle us poor resident Indians with his or her aunt
chosen over a "self glorified sewer" rat/person?
I think the question raised stands "What would we do after abolition or
dismantling of IAS, IPS etc? etc?"
