I don't believe I was denigrating anyone in particular. However, if it
helped you justify your attack on me, then feel free to use it again.

Your question appears to be rhetorical. The N.E. situation, like the
Kashmir situation, takes focused and anti national meddling to get to this
level. Even extreme situations, such as apartheid, marxism, nazism, slavery
etc needs a 'foreign' catalyst to spark them. Left to themselves, many of
these situations linger for decades or even centuries.
