What is Mr. Garg's point?

Please help make the Manifesto better, or accept it, and propagate it!

Mr. Garg's point was made crystal clear in his initial response to mr.
guptara's post.  Mr Garg further recommends that mr. Roy might want to
review both those posts again to refresh his memory.

w.r.t rudeness, gratuitous or otherwise, mr. garg simply has not the
vocabulary at his command to be rude enough to communists.
