Private Sector in India

No Mr. Guru, what I was saying is that the Private Sector from around the
world can do more in India - certainly more than the Government acting alone.

However, the present situation is such that the Private Sector players in
India are as good, if not worse than, the Government itself.  My question on
IPI has been, for as long as I can remember, why this is the case in India?

My sincere request to all IPI members is for us to focus on such important
issues.
