Dear Dr. Sen,

I will try to look into it but given my studies in urban economics, that
argument appears quite unsustainable. H.W. Richardson, Prof. at USC, has
clearly proved (and I fully support the view) that there is no known
optimal size of cities. Technology and environmental conditions are
changing all the time. I can send in the citations if needed. Thanks for
your response anyway,
