Please help make the Manifesto better, or accept it, and propagate it!

One way to get out of this quagmire
1 - man , 1-vote Vs Population control
is to transfer more financial powers to the states. this will ensure
that states which have lost out on legislative powers at the centre,
will have a chance to determine their own destiny.
