Please help make the Manifesto better, or accept it, and propagate it!

this is one thing that bothers all of us. why are muslims subsidised
top go to haj and hindus to go to manasarovar ? why can't some others
be subsididsed for intra-country travel -extending this logical line..
And what for agnostics ? atheists ?  and religious cults for whom
going to antarctica is holy ? where will the subsidisers draw the
line ?
