1 man 1 vote

Please help make the Manifesto better, or accept it, and propagate it!

In the 1960s, the US Courts insisted on EQUI-POPULOUS districts for
elections at all levels.

I believe that we are violating fundamental principles of representative
democracy in India by allowing 2 MP seats for Meghalaya which has a
population of 20 lakhs (i.e., 1 MP for 10 lakhs) while there are
constitutencies where one MP represents 25 lakhs or more.

In other words, one man in Delhi or Midnapur has 1/2 a vote in deciding
national policy compared with one man in Meghalyaya.

Rajya Sabha can have 2 MPs per state, but Lok Sabha cannot have this basic
discrepancy.

Fit case to go to Supreme Court. The Constitutional amendments on
delimitation are violative of fundamentals of democracy.
