Hi Folks,
I am presently tied up in taking some examinations and therefore unable =
to do it myself. Here is what bothers me:
On 22 May2000 I heard on TV that Govt of India is contempleting,in fact =
going ahead with constructing about 200 houses for 'new Members of =
Parliament'. Why? Because the might of State is not able to evict the =
fellows who are not entitled.The Supreme Court has recently ruled in =
eviction of slum dwellers that granting any relief to the sd will be =
like rewarding the plunderers.Then what this act of GOI will be?I in any =
case intend to move Allahabad High Court to restrain the govt but that =
will only be possible for me by 6th or so of next month. Anybody on IPI =
is welcome to do it earlier.Thanks
