Hey People,

This one is a disparate call from a victim's family, one of whose members
was killed not in any accidents but in intentional road rage, where this
unfortunate wrong person happened to be there at the wrong time.

With this kind of law and order situation in the streets of Delhi, few
ordinary citizens are safe. The victim's family is struggling to find
justice, and the message that I received suggests that they need help from
everywhere just in order to get the justice system to work the way it is
supposed to work normally.

Please spend some time, read the attached message and newspaper reports
referred here and do whatever you can. Writing a few e-mails in support to
those who matter, wouldn't be too much of a burden I suppose.
