there is the very famous incident of chandrababu naidu checking out
the power output of a plant which was producing much lesser than it
ought to. the excuse given by the officials was that the coal was of a
very bad quality. Then, when he noticed on a particular day, the
production had been quite high. He asked them where the coal came from
on that day ?
the plant now produces at optimum capacity
