Please help make the Manifesto better, or accept it, and propagate it!

I read Mr. Sabhloks letter explaining his dillemma whether to join the IAS
or not.
I am an IAS Officer with a 24 year standing. I did MSc from London School of
Economics before I joined the IAS and I was a student of Amartya Sen and
quite an OK student, but I joined the IAS.
I am very happy today and have achieved everything that I wanted.
My kids are moderately modern and grounded to the motherland. One way you
can serve your motherland in the long run is to bring up patriotic kids.
Every NRI thinks of the motherland and on the dinner table tries to run down
India. Why dont you come and do hands down service, perhaps it is not so
practical but find another way of helping and bringing improvements in the
system. We in the IAS try all the time, but face major hurdles and sometimes
give up or are forced to give up, but we keep trying nonetheless.
