Mr. Pradhan,

do u know that IAS degrees are sold in Bihar and like states?? then how vcan
u prove that u r above average?? when people purchase IAS degrees??then why
shud they be given such high wages?? do they really deserve it??and sir,
whatever we r doing in novell or else where we have invested our own money
to do the courses and qualify ourselves and based on our qualifications we
get selected!! its not
that we get selected on the basis of purchased degrees??
these IAS officers only create their own socialist structure to earn black
money!!
