Mr Kandasamy, I think we can come up with the specific laws, regulations and
rules that presently operate and hinder the smooth flow of transactions...I
am not sure on this, but making a detailed list of what the citizenry
perceive as unnecessary and meaningless
rules/laws/regulations might be useful to the discussions.

That is a very good suggestion. The first step to getting the bad laws,
rules and regulations off the statute is to compile a database of the same,
though we will need a person trained in law to organize such a database.
As a starter I would like to see the word "Socialistic" taken off the
preamble of the constitution which was put there by the Congress Govt. in
1976 (42nd Amendment). Togather with removing the right to property from
the list of fundamental rights (also by the Congress govt.), there will
always be a risk that a future govt. will confiscate private property and
swallow successful private businesses without paying just compensation in
the name of Socialism and National interest and the affected citizen will
not be able to call upon the courts for relief.
