I think Navaneethakrishnan has gone to the heart of the issue of corruption
at lower levels in government administration in India. I have lived in India
for a large part of my life and I know that Navaneethakrishnan is telling
the truth - the whole truth and nothing but the truth!  I always tell my
wife, who by the way is American, that living in America in a suburb is the
nearest thing one could experience of paradise. What a pleasure it is to
deal with government officials here!

BTW, this story of Navaneethakrishnan, I hope, will be read by Vigilance
Chief, Vital.
