A very senior official of the World Bank from India has this query (extracts):

I believe Prof. T.N. Srinivasan has written on this subject for India, as
Dr. P.Sen informed me last week. I am trying to get references. Anyone who
knows him better may pl. write to him on this topic to get his views.

If you know about any other research in this area, pl. enlighten us on this
forum. I spoke with Dr A.J.James yesterday regarding his comments, and that
discussion would help formulate the experimental project in a better way.
