Dear Dr. Sabhlok,

     Could you inform us regarding the manner of direct targetting for
poverty
alleviation? One presumes that you are not about to perform a direct transfer
of resources, and you would invest this amount to obtain a productive return
from the investment in the poor. Could you expand on this subject further?
