I am doing a school report and my topic is as follows:

How far should police or officials go when fighting crime in India and what
is the extent of police violence in that country.  In which ways does this
infringe on the citizens rights?

Do you have any information on this topic or where I can locate any
magazines, publications or book recommendations? If you have personal
experiance on this topic a personal interview would be great as well.
