Hi,
I am new to this list, this debate. But I am acquainted with the
Austrian School of Economics and classical liberal ideas in general.
I have one question to begin with:
Has an attempt been made to provide a liberal examination of the
economic history of India?
History is a matter of perspective and selective presentation, and
economic history, which is so important in terms of policy and
theoretical considerations, is, I suspect written in socialist ink. Has
any attempt been made to examine the validity of the present historical
claims.
I admit, however, that I haven't read much economic history... merely
want to begin now.
