    Just think of me as one of your socialist buddies in the Government.
Then, accepting lies, given that I actually lied, should become a day-to-day
thing for you.

    Here are a couple lies/misconceptions from the Telecom grunts in the
Government:

1. We want to throw open the Telecom Sector completely to encourage
competition et al  -- Sukh Ram (1993)
2. The high license fees in some areas are justified so that we can expand the
rural Telecom infrastructure -- DoT chief Jagmohan (1999)
