Thanks for your kind words.  In early 1991 when I was working for Rajiv Gandhi
before his death, I wrote and later published in The Statesman of 1991 a new,
brief and rigourous Constitution for India, which draws upon the best
experiences of all, especially the US Constitution.  Would you like to see it?
