Drafting of letters etc

I saw the discussion and drafts of letters to be sent to citizens inviting
them to contribute to the discussion etc.

I think communication should be given out to professionals - communication
experts, marketing professionals etc - who can do this job much better. I
have personally seen how much difference a letter makes when drafted by an
expert.

Also, we need to look at the use of Plain English (quite a movement
nowadays). Again, it makes the communication much more effective.

Are there any marketing/communication experts in the group who can pitch in
and help?

If not, I may ask a person I know if he can volunteer and help us out.
