Involvement of private parties in cabling and uplinking

Encouragement of semiconductor and disk industries

Encouragement for the consumer electronics industry

Allowing private companies to own and operate their
own communication satellites.

Doing away with obstacles such as license fee and
earmarking of territories for companies.

Permission to be granted for Internet telephony
