No, but s/he might be required to renounce one citizenship.  However,
     as far as I know, this has not happened so far, historically.

I would like to add another question to those of Prof.Guptara's.

What happens (theoretically atleast) to a persons citizenship status if the two
countries whose citizenship he holds fall out of favor with each other? Does he
become persona-non-grata in both countries?
