During Seshan's time as chief of Election Commission, he suggested 
several good steps to stop the corrupt and criminal politicians from 
being parliamentarians and M.L.As. I wonder what happened to those. The 
parliament should now make laws out of those good suggestions. It can for 
example make at least high school as compulsory for fighting elections. 
It should also not allow those to fight elections who have more than 2 
children. It should make declaration of their and their family's wealth 
mandatory to fight election, and so on. The Rajasthan BJP already has 
such rule. Ratan.
