Krish, there was a heated discussion with lots of flames on this issue of 
language on the India Digest list. I think we should leave the matter to 
resolve itself. India will deal with this problem in its stride. Only 
politicians should keep away from it. I think the 3-language formula is 
ok. In any case, those who know more languages will have more survival 
advantage in the long run. Ratan.
