Volunteers needed

Dear friends,

I have placed this little notice on the web page:

"We are looking for volunteers to summarize the major debates on various
issues, and help make notes which will support various sections of the
Manifesto. Please contact sabhlok@indiamail.com if you are interested."

If you know of any students anywhere who could spend some time cutting and
pasting these debates into one cohesive whole, on each topic, that would
be really useful. If these debates are to expand we need to have this
material readily available, so that people do not cover the same points
again and again.
