I think, personally speaking, that I'm completely confident of managing
the participation of at least 10 times the present levels as a
'moderator,' with the help of all of you, and the organizers. 

We have been evolving steadily into a well-managed army of 'brains,' and
we can only do better by getting more and more people competent people
involved. Many of the detailed debates can take place 'off-the-list' and
we can only do better and better as more detailed plans and concepts are
worked out. We would also get many more volunteers who could help
streamline the work. 

So, in my view, you can go ahead full-steam and send off mail to all
people whom you think could help improve and structure the quality of
points at all levels in the "manifesto."
