Re: Pre-Debate: Some views of Parth Shah

Sanjeev,

I'm damn impressed: You have found things by me on the net which even I
didn't know existed! Pretty amazing! May be you should share the
secrets of your search techniques.

I'll post the agenda items on my webpage and then announce to the list.
We've been rather lazy in updating the website, but it should be done by
early next week. The Agenda for Change was published in April and
contains 17 chapters by different individuals on various topics. I've
one on education policy. (It was reviewed in _Outlook_ of June 1.) It
was published jointly with the Rajiv Gandhi Institute (my coeditor, Dr.
Bibek Debroy, is Director of Reseach there). May be they have already
put the Agenda on their webpage (rgfindia.com).

If you want to host IP at siliconindia, I can certainly speak with the
editor Yogesh Sharma. He I'm sure will be happy to have it there.
Like many, he has made an open offer to any good Indian group to host
their site on his server.

I haven't done any updating uptil now, so don't know how convenient his
site is compared to others. Last time (which was also the first time) I
had just sent the files to him and he then put them up.
