Pre-Debate: Some views of Parth Shah

I was browsing the web and found the following links that might be of
interest:

1. Looks like Parth has been writing an Agenda quite similar in concept to
what we are trying, for many months. I would request him to enlighten us
about the progress on that Agenda and to also share with us its contents -
so that we can all debate it and incorporate its best points ("best" in
terms of being able to stand on its own feet after debate on this open
forum).

2. Parth has a chapter in a book. I hope some of us can get time to read
it. But in any case, there would be some excellent things for our agenda
which can be obtained from that chapter. Would you (Parth) please give us
one or two paras of solid recommendations from your chapter so that we can
incorporate it in the manifesto?

Chapter title: Money and Capital in Economic Development

3. Parth also has some political views. Just to share them with others, so
that we all get to know each other better:

4. Parth is rather closely associated with Silicon India, it appears (his
institute's web page is hosted by Silicon India). I am sure he can tell us
more about the plus or minus points of moving IndiaPolicy to Silicon
India.

PS:
1. I think the problem of the footer should have been worked out this
time, at long last! I will literally have to cry if the footer is not
found below this!! These computer things! How I hate learning these new
software and new instructions each time! Oh for the woods and the
village ...

2. We are working on the privatization debate and the 'origin of power'
debate off the list and will report back with our findings. I hope the
other Task Forces such as those on governance, urban development, local
self-governance, etc., are working on their own tasks, too. ]

3. New members have joined this list. Welcome!
