I think that this is a wonderful plan and I'm all for
it. But I also think that the Indian government needs 
to look at it's priorities just a wee bit differently. 
Half our population will not bother to think about 
computers and the wonderful technological advances it 
will bring to our country when they are struggling to 
give themselves three proper meals a day.

Feed and educate the people first and computers will 
naturally follow. We are already reputed to have an
aptitude for computers and we will be the best - once
we have our tummies full and don't have to worry where
our next meal is going to come from.

Just my humble opinion.
