1) Yes there were no reserved places for VIP in the function in USA that 
Sanjeev attended. But howmany real VIPs were present there ? All the 
senators in USA have their own security around themselves. The democracy 
in USA is only skin deep and on paper only. There money does everything.
2) China has solved NOT the problem of democracy, but the problems that 
arise from democracy. India is facing the problem of TOO much democracy. 
See Bihar. Democracy has deteriorated to mobocracy and chaos. Phenomenon 
like Bihar cannot happen in China.
India should curtail its democracy in the sense of mandatory restriction 
of childbirth to one, compulsory education upto certain level, compulsory 
education of prospective MPs and MLAs, and these should be done by 
flouting democracy like China did. Ratan.
