ADMN: A question to the techies

Dear friends,

I am trying not to clutter up india_policy with admn issues. However, we
(organizers) were not able to figure out how to solve a particular
technical problem, and so I am throwing up this question to others who
might be aware of the answer to this question:

[Note: we have decided to continue with majordomo for the time being since
there is a rather steep learning curve for each mailing list software;
sometime later, when we get a really good mailing list expert, we can move
to another package as felt appropriate]

Question: What is change needed to be made in the perl script of
majordomo, in order to make the setting of moderation such that the name
of the mail is once again sent out by majordomo, on receipt of the
"approval," under the name and details (such as time, server name, etc.)
of the original sender? I spent some time looking up internet FAQs on
majordomo but this specific question was not answered. 

Even if you don't know the answer personally, but know of somebody who
might know it, please try to send this question over to that person.
