Re: Who is Valson Thampu? Is he an IPI member?

Is Mr. Valson Thampu a member of IPI?  If so, he can presumably write
himself.   If not, perhaps Prof. Guptara wishes him to be.   I am not
sure
of the value of celebrity endorsements of this sort otherwise.
