I would urge you to please browse through the archive, master its tricks
and to let me know of bugs if any. Also, please forward the web archive
URL to your friends and others who have not yet joined the list, and ask
them to participate in this exercise, which is at this stage (as far as
india_policy is concerned), purely academic, and should not cause anyone
any "political" trouble.

I wish to thank Suresh Rajagopalan for setting up this list as a public
service for all of us. He is enormously busy but has managed to write the
script required to make this work. I am sure he will smoothe out the bugs
that we report, in due course.
